Bucks County authorities are asking residents to come forward after a 38-year-old man was charged with sexually assaulting three women, including one child under the age of 12.

District Attorney Joe Khan held a news conference on Tuesday to outline the details of the case. He described Eisenhard as a highly dangerous recidivistic sex offender. Khan noted that real monsters exist in the world.

The criminal complaint details an incident on September 25 at Valley of Fear, a haunted hayride attraction in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. That date marked the opening night for the event. Eisenhard was on a break from his job at the attraction when he allegedly approached an employee who was working alone.

The complaint states that Eisenhard grabbed the victim tightly by her throat until she had difficulty breathing. He then pinned both of her wrists above her head against a wall. He made sexual comments and indecently assaulted her through her clothing. Valley of Fear fired Eisenhard the day after the incident.

Two days later, Eisenhard allegedly assaulted the same victim at a Five Below store in Hilltown Township, where he also worked. The victim told investigators that Eisenhard, who was her boss, restrained her and sexually assaulted her while she cleaned the store's back stockroom.

Investigators say Eisenhard also repeatedly abused and sexually assaulted a child under 12 at a home in Springfield Township prior to the workplace incidents. Detectives with the Bucks County District Attorney's Office found additional allegations of similar behavior at both of his jobs. They said they strongly believe there are additional victims.

Eisenhard was arrested on October 1 and remains in jail because he was unable to post bail. His charges were upgraded on Thursday, and the district attorney is asking that he be held without bail.
